Strategies for Vitalization of Afghan Sign Language and for promoting professional education of deaf people in Afghanistan (in German)

On behalf of the German society of international cooperation (GIZ) the training situation of hearing impaired persons in Afghanistan is analyzed and suggestions for improvement of these conditions are made. In this regard, the main focus lies on the advancement and further distribution of Afghan Sign Language.
