Performance records and inspection of exams
Information from Sylvia Wolff:
The following applies to Sylvia Wolff's performance records:
“Dear students,
please send me your performance records directly as a pdf document with the following details:
- Mail subject: Transcript of Records Signature
- File name - exactly as follows: LN_Name, First name_Module
Please only send me fully completed documents and only as a pdf file (attachment). Otherwise I cannot give you a signature.
Your completed work will be recorded in AGNES by the lecturers from the summer semester 2022. Please allow some processing time for your request.

Dear students,
With the SS 2022 we have returned to normal opening hours of the secretariat.
The secretariat is usually open on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from approx. 10 am to 5 pm and on Thursdays from 10 am to 1 pm.
You can submit or collect all old transcripts of records (i.e. for courses up to and including WS 21/22) in paper form during this time (New: This now also applies to the performance records for Sylvia Wolff, these can be submitted digitally to Ms. Wolff - see above - or in paper form to the secretary's office).
You have the following options:
Hand in:
a) Hand in the completed documents in person to the secretary's office.
b) Or put them in the letterbox at the entrance to the department on the third floor.
c) You can send the completed documents to the secretary's office (to the attention of Ms. Tönnissen) by post (be sure to include the department's postal address).
Collection:
a) You can collect the signed transcripts of records in person during the above-mentioned period (and, if necessary, ask in advance by e-mail whether they are available).
b) Enclose a stamped and fully addressed envelope with your documents. We will then return the signed certificates to you by post (please use a DinA5 envelope for 3 or more documents).
Please check back here regularly in case of short-term changes.
IMPORTANT: All certificates that have already been sent to us digitally by 13.7.2021 are also available for collection from the office. We will no longer be able to return them digitally.
Please direct any inquiries regarding these regulations exclusively to the office. Please also note that the lecturers are not at the university in person every day and it takes some time for the signatures to be available.
For exam inspections or other binding collections, please make an appointment by e-mail.
From the courses of the summer semester 2022 onwards, the lecturers at the Institute of Rehabilitation Sciences will record the achievements in AGNES.
Please inform yourself about the exact procedure on the Institute's website.
