Consulting hours

Urgent requests:

  • The consultation hour takes place in presence (in Ms. Becker's office, room 309)! If the office door is closed, please wait in the corridor. Ms. Becker will then ask you to come in for the consultation.
  • Please register early for the consultation via the secretary's e-mail address: gap.sekretariat@hu-berlin.de.
  • You will receive an appointment every 10 minutes.
  • Be there approx. 10 minutes before the appointment, in case an appointment is canceled.
  • Unsubscribe from the consultation hour so that we can assign your appointment to other students if possible!


If your thesis is your BA or MA thesis, you can also register for consultation hours with the respective second examiner.

The registration deadline for Tuesday consultations is the day before (Monday) the day of the consultation; if you register after Thursday of the previous week, you will only receive an appointment on Tuesday morning.
